The Tech-Simple Stack
The only 3 tools you actually need to run a 6-figure business (and none of them are complicated).
The “Encore” entrepreneur’s greatest enemy isn’t age—it’s Tech Overwhelm.
I see brilliant people spend six months and $5,000 trying to build “funnels,” automated email sequences, and complex websites. They get so tangled in the wires that they never actually coach anyone.
If you want to build a 6-figure business, you only need three tools. That’s it. No Wix, no complex CRMs, no “all-in-one” platforms that do everything poorly.
1. Substack (Your Home & Quiet Influence Base)
Substack is your “everything” tool. It is your website, your newsletter, and your payment processor.
Why: It removes the barrier between writing and earning. You don’t need to learn “web design.” You just write.
The Strategy: Use the free posts to build trust and the “Paid” tier for your inner circle or deep-dive resources.
2. YouTube (Your Authority Engine)
Video is the fastest way to build a “Know, Like, and Trust” factor.
Why: People need to see your face and hear your voice to feel comfortable hiring you as a coach.
The Strategy: You don’t need a production studio. A smartphone and a quiet room are enough. Talk about the problems you solved in Article 1. Let people see the person behind the wisdom.
3. Google Docs (Your Product & Delivery Room)
Your “digital products” and coaching frameworks don’t need to be fancy PDFs.
Why: It’s collaborative, simple, and free.
The Strategy: Build your “Wisdom-to-Wealth” Blueprint in a Google Doc. Share the link with your clients. Use it to outline your course. It allows you to move at the speed of thought.
The Rule of Three: If a tool doesn’t help you write, speak, or organize your thoughts, you probably don’t need it yet.
Keep the tech “invisible,” so your wisdom can be the star.
